Shinkyokushin EC Open Weight 2022 – top level in a busy year
Shinkyokushin Open Weight EC was held Saturday 3rd December, Poland. Organized in/by Kokoro Cup format – tournament. As one could expect, some fall outs during the last time in towards the tournament was a fact. After a World Championship in September – one could not be surprised. Luckily the mass of fighters and the level are very satisfying!

+85㎏ Men heavy-weight The heaviest category is a very solid category and it contains 32 fighters. That mean no 1st round walk, and 5 fights to secure the tittle. This category contains some of the strongest fighters across the world – and the status to win is sky-high!

The heaviest category in the women division have three world champions among the fighters in the line up, and now we will get another one! This category, in this championship with this line up, will give the value of this world tittle sky-high.

Easter Camp 2020 Sweden
10th – 12th of April, the 37th edition of the Swedish Easter camp will be held, in Östersund, Sweden. A highly eminent instructor panel are ready to welcome all to a traditional Kyokushin camp. Trough the years the camp has attracted participants from Europe, USA and even had guest from Japan.

Stora Höga Open 2020, Sweden
25th January, the annual Stora Höga Open was held. This is – unlike most of the rapports we read, a tournament adjusted and organized for the width and not the elite. A great “first time” tournament, building the new generation of full contact fighters – but also for fighters with some more experience. The tournament system are very good, since it gives junior fighters more than one fight, even if they should loose in the first fight. 209 fighters from three nations, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
