Belgian Spring Camp 2013. As expected, it is clearly a very strong camp in Belgium this spring. As last year there is a very strong line up of instructors from different countries.
National coaches from Belgium, GB IFK, Lithuania, France and Germany, and Brand Chief of Spain and Holland!

Lørdag avholdes en aldri så liten samling i Horten. Temaet er kamp, og det er som alltid tilpasset det nivå du er på.For de som er i stevne modus og klare for Swiss Open, IKK Open og EM er det siste finpuss, oppkjøring og justering som gjelder- og selvsagt godfølelsen før stevne!

4th World Open Knockdown IFK – Update
First day of the tournament is over, and there have been good performances. It must also be said that the favorites have mostly fulfilled in relation to expectations. There has been great difference in level, and this has meant that we have had some hard knock outs. Day 2 will give us answer who fighter that is going to enter the podium – and who are ready for day 2?

4th World Open Knockdown IFK – predictions
Finally the day is here for the 4th World Open Knockdown IFK. IFK has worked hard to include as many as possible in the tournament. The foundation and some of the pro active work for this, of course, been British Open, and participation in other open tournaments across the organizations and associations.
