Lørdag 20.April trommet man sammen en god gjeng for litt Kyokushin utveksling. To økter var satt opp, så man fikk godt oppmøte og for at man kan ha flere samlinger med kortere frekvens i mellom. Instruksjon og sparring samt en saftig update på fysisk trenng stod på programmet…

Winner of The 5th Karate World Championship Weight Categories. Not only did this strong fighters win this year, but he repeated her performance from 4 years back..To win the World weight category, it requires extremely good qualities. And when an athlete does this twice in a row, it is very impressive. A few chosen merits:
1st 15th Asia Open 2014,1st Asian Open 2012,1st Yamburg Cup IFK 2014, 2nd British Open 2016
Sensei Valeri Dimitrov did win the world championship weight categories. But it did not stop his gain there. Days after his victory in the World Championship, he also passed the test for 4th Dan.
