Samling region Øst

Lørdag 20.April trommet man sammen en god gjeng for litt Kyokushin utveksling. To økter var satt opp, så man fikk godt oppmøte og for at man kan ha flere samlinger med kortere frekvens i mellom. Instruksjon og sparring samt en saftig update på fysisk trenng stod på programmet…
