Camp Banzai – med Norske øyne!

Som mange har fått med seg så var Norge , NKO godt representert på sist helg Camp Banzai. Fana kk var på plass i ledelse av Mattis Bjordal – som faktisk er en veteran på Camp’n med to av to mulige! Finnsnes med leder av faglig råd Erik A Helin, Horten kk med en saftig gjeng, evig unge Bård i spissen – også dem med for andre gang. Oslo gruppen med to stykker, og Ringerike med en bil. Før region øst er det lett å ta en 3-4 timer biltur ned til Gøteborg, hvor det er utrolig mye aktivitet og ikke minst kompetanse. Romanian masterclass in Sweden!

banzai_refThis weekend, 26-28 August, the 2nd edition of Camp Banzai was held. The first edition had some of the best Swedish Fighters as instructors. This year Romanian elite instructors was the “main event”, Anca Wallmen, Harris Wallmen and Marius Ilas Sensei’s. The interest to train under these three has been growing in a pace and scale that can only relate to top quality. But there is something more than only the physical experience..

Helgen 9 – 11. September, arrageres det Fight Camp – Pre Swedish i regi av NKO Shinkyokushin Norge. Denne samlingen føyer seg inn i rekken med samlinger som har vært en del av det nasjonale samarbeid i NKO. Samlingene har rettet seg til de som skal spisses, og konkurrere internasjonalt, med andre ord satser kamp.

Denne ganger blir samlingen også en del av oppkjøringen til de som skal delta i årets Swedish Open, som går i Göteborg 24.September, Lisebergshallen.

Norwegian Summer camp report 2016!

NKO Norwegian Kyokushin Organization – Shinkyokushin Norway organized their annual summer camp this weekend (30/6-3/7-2016)

nko_SC_2016 (5) – KopiSince NKO was established in 2007, the WKO has supported the summer camp (and other activities) in Norway with top international instructors. This has been an incredible boost every time, and this has also lifted the level and understanding of Kyokushin karate in Norway. This year was no exception, and with instructors from Denmark and Japan – well once again all the contenders could not been more lucky!
