The summer camps in Bulgaria will always posses a high level.In Bulgaria, they have a generally high level of Full Contact Karate. This year chooses to combine Karate with another strong European nation: Romania. The best in their respective countries, are some of the best in the world – it’s time for masterclass in Bulgaria!

Som tidligere avsluttet NKO Region Øst vår termin med en regional gradering. Klubber såvel som sensorer kommer sammen for å få det beste resultat på det man ønsker å sette fokus på. I år var det også ekstra krydder, ettersom det var meldt opp en som Shodan kandidat..
Tromsø So Kyokushin organized their 36th summer camp 9-12 of June. The main instructor was Shihan Shibata 6.Dan from Japan. The camp attracted Karatekas from different Dojo`s and organisations. (All photo Kenneth Augdal)
Shihan KEIJI SAMPEI, 7 dan will be the guest instructor at the Romanian summer camp this year!
The Summer camp will be held from 28 to 31 July 2016 in the town of Târgu Mureș.

This year’s International Summer Camp Karate Shinkyokushinkay will be held in Kielce in the period 25 – 28 August. The organizers will Kielecki Kyokushin Karate Club and Branch Kszysztofa Borovets.The instructors will Shihan Juan Carlos Escalera of Spain and Sensei Roman Nestrenko from Russia. During the camp there will be examinations for kyu grades and up to 3 dan. The examination committee will consist of Polish BC. In addition, it will be held the European exam for 4 dan, who will carry out
Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway can all now offer summer camps! Some of them more worked inn than others, but all of them will give you what a summer camp should have. All of them camps do also have some well merited and known instructors, and it safe to say that the “Nordic region” helps each other in every possible way to spread knowledge and the joy of Kyokushin Karate!

For tredje året på rad arrangerer Finnsnes Karateklubb høstleier. Leiren er strategisk plassert 14 dager før årets NNM, Nord Norskt Mesterskap som avholdes i Vadsø. Leriren vil by på “all round” trening, og er av erfaring godt besøkt. Muligheten for noen oppdateringer er også til stede og ikke minst sosialt samvær!
