The road to 13th World Karate Championship has began, two weeks ago Europe started to shape their team, now the Japan will do the same! With that focus,The 54 All Japan Open Karate Championship should be interesting for everyone across the world.
We saw many good fights in the 7th World Championship last weekend. One of the absolute favorite fights for our sake was Dimitrov vs Artyushin. When you are slightly above average interested in this, you quickly remember whether similar fights have taken place – and yes, they met in The 4th World Championship as well. +85㎏ Men heavy-weight The heaviest category is a very solid category and it contains 32 fighters. That mean no 1st round walk, and 5 fights to secure the tittle. This category contains some of the strongest fighters across the world – and the status to win is sky-high!
Women + 60 kg category – seventeen fighters from eleven nation. The heaviest category in the women division have three world champions among the fighters in the line up, and now we will get another one! This category, in this championship with this line up, will give the value of this world tittle sky-high.
Men Middleweight -75 kg category with many profiles from different regions. Japan, Europe and Central Asia have some very highly merited fighters in this category. In this category one must be ready for top fight in the first round already. This is an example when one have a championship with only qualified fighter in the line up – the fuse are lit..
Women middleweight -55 kg – a category stacked with top fighters from all over the world. That include world champion IFK, and world champion KWU and top of that WKO world champion – no once but twice.
Closing in to The 7th World Karate Championships in weight categories we like to take a look at the fighters, the draw and the expectations that raises for every day.
