First day of the tournament is over, and there have been good performances. It must also be said that the favorites have mostly fulfilled in relation to expectations. There has been great difference in level, and this has meant that we have had some hard knock outs. Day 2 will give us answer who fighter that is going to enter the podium – and who are ready for day 2?

Finally the day is here for the 4th World Open Knockdown IFK. IFK has worked hard to include as many as possible in the tournament. The foundation and some of the pro active work for this, of course, been British Open, and participation in other open tournaments across the organizations and associations.
But who will fight on the mat today ….?

2-day Karate seminar led by Kancho Hajime Kazumi of Kazumi Dojo covering all aspects of Karate including Kata, Bunkai, Kumite, fighting tactics, Ikken and self defence.
Known IFK fighters participating in this year’s All Japan Open Weight Category. Darren Stringer and Tom Cunnington from IFK will be fighting in the lightweight division of Shinkyokushin All-Japan Weight this summer.
Malcolm Scott will fight in the heavyweight division.
