Swiss Open Jr 2013 – update
Norge stillte nok en gang i europas største Jr turnering Swiss Open. Med 18 nasjoner og 344 deltager som stillte til start kan man trygt si det det var nok trykk i hallen når alt skulle gjøres opp. Og når turneringen var ferdig klokken 23.45 skjønner man dimmensjonen.Og Norge, joda de var med og vel så det….!!

4th World Open Knockdown IFK – Update
First day of the tournament is over, and there have been good performances. It must also be said that the favorites have mostly fulfilled in relation to expectations. There has been great difference in level, and this has meant that we have had some hard knock outs. Day 2 will give us answer who fighter that is going to enter the podium – and who are ready for day 2?

Finally the day is here for the 4th World Open Knockdown IFK. IFK has worked hard to include as many as possible in the tournament. The foundation and some of the pro active work for this, of course, been British Open, and participation in other open tournaments across the organizations and associations.
