NKO Region Øst i “Oki Kodomo Open!”
En av Sveriges største junior turneringer er Oki Kodomo Open. De siste år har Nko region Øst vært “fast inventar” 2016 – inten untak! Tre utøvere fra Ringerike Karateklubb tok turen for å høste erfaring og nye opplevelser. Ingen av de tre er erfarne, og en var til og med debutant. Men Oki Kodomo`s pool gruppe system er et sted å få gjort noe med dette!
Liken Sverige – Norge er også gevinst, så det er man svært interessert i å holde.
På lagleder siden gjør man også noe med kompetansen, og helgen apparat bestod av Ellen Brocker Næss og Marleen Gregusson.

The Polish team sharpened to EC
Around Europe different Shinkyokushin national teams er doing their last preparations. European Championship will be the goal this year, and some factor will play a roll this year taking the new weight categories among others.
Poland did their best EC last year, with good help fighting on home soil. After what we can see, the Polish team are also ready this year..
Kyokushin open – Norway results
Sweden, Poland, Denmark and of course Norway attended in the tournament. The tournament had fighters from different Dojo`s, organisations and styles.
Hungarian Championship 2016 – results
This weekend Hungary fought in their national tournament. Not many countries can raise so many talented athletes in their national tournament, and no one can have the reign World Champion for women in the line up! The tournament offer Kata and Kumite.

NM i Karate 2016 er historie, og gjennom en lang dag i hallen fikke man mye underholdning for “pengene” Fullkontakt med begrensninger blir der hvor de fleste møtes, det flotte er at selv om det er vesentlig færre utøvere i den rene fullkontakten så holder, så er det mange dyktige i denne klassen.
