Fredag 19. februar gikk fristen for påmelingen til årets NM i Karate ut, det 43. i rekken. Nå blir det som regel noen små justeringer ift påmeldte, men grov risset sitter der. I motsetning til de foregående år, er man nå delt opp etter stil igjen, og fullkontakt Karaten vil befinne seg i Hovseter Idrettshall – 12.03.2016. Antall påmelde er som forventet, og det kan man kanskje også si ift hvem som er påmmeldt. I den rene fullkontakten er det noe beskjedent, mens begrensningsklassen samler opp alle som vil gå kamp.
Spanish Summercamp 2016
30th July to 1st August, Spanish summer camp will be organised by the Federación Kyokushinkai España Shinkyokushinkai. The Spanish camp have a good tradition to offer the best guest instructors, and this year it is no different than it used to be. Shihan Shinichi Sotodate 5th Dan from Japan.
Sotodate Shihan is one of the hardworking instructors from WKO Japan that spread Shinkyokushin Karate around the world. With a long history and experience, there is much to be learned from this instructor.

As a Kyokushin nation, Lithuania would be one of the strongest. Their level are well known, not only in European setting, but also at the World Championship/Cup. Last weekend the Lithuanian championship was held, and besides the usual interest of the results, the new weight categories was used..
Kumiko Sunakawa SHIHAN
Highly respected for her karate skills, a technician and a fighter at the top level in Shinkyokushin Karate world. Now Dojo operator for Ochanomizu Dojo, and well known to hold lessons in Karate camps worldwide.
Now this weekend Kumiko Sunakawa passed the test for Go Dan, 5th Dan, Shihan!

Graderingen er overstått i Japan, og med et er det som kjent er det deltagere fra Norge, Færder kk, Nko.Ellers så kan man også se andre kjente fjes som har vært, og sikkert kommer til å komme til Norge igjen..

Easter Camp Sweden 2016
Sveriges påskeleir i Östersund feiret i 2014 30 års jubileum, og dette setter ting i perpektiv! Det er heller ingen hvem som helst som står i ledersjiktet for denne tradisjonelle leir. Howard Collins Shihan 8.Dan, Michael Söderkvist 6.Dan og Håkan Nygren Shihan 6.Dan. Leiren i 2015 huset rundt 80 deltagere fra Danmark, Finland, Norge, Litauen og hele Sverige – naturligvis..
