Heving av lov mot proffboksing og endring i knockout-loven påvirker også mange andre ettersom endringen i knockoutforskriften tro i kraft f.o.m. fredag 3. oktober 2014. Det har vært store forventninger ift denne endringen som vil påvirke Fullkontakt Karate Kyokushin (og andre fullkontakt stiler) Etter at knockoutloven ble vedtatt i 2001 har det vært en evig kamp for de som måtte ty til drastiske endringer i regelverket sitt, for å fortsatt kunne konkurrere i Norge..
Federatia Română de Karate Kyokushin, invites international Kumite seminar in Oradea, Romania the 6-8. February. This year eminent instructors are Magnus Hanssen Sensei and Jimmie Collin Sempai from Sweden.
This is well-known names for all who practice Kyokushin Karate, and you can not afford to miss this. Jimmie is Sweden top fighter in middle weight and Marius Ilas is Romania’s top performer in the same weight class. And the have met several times on the tatemi. These two karateka are role models on how Budo attitudes practiced. Behind them, significant profiles, Wallmen Sensei and Hanssen Sensei. Both unique in their roles, and lifts the level around them wherever they may be.

14 of December the Georgian Absoloute Open Championship was held. Georgia known for strong kyokushin athletes, and has several international profiles. The tournament was Open Weight and open to all organizations.
