Many have been waiting in anticipation for this weekend.The event will highlight Mas Oyama Sosai’s 20th anniversary passing away. Common training with all the prominent visitors is the introduction to the weekend before the Memorial tournament kicks off Saturday. The tournament will offer some of the world’s best fighters, and from several organizations and styles. WKO is natural enough heavily represented, since the events organized by them.

Rundt om i klubbene er det oppstart og faste rammer som gjelder, de fleste klubber har hatt sommervirksomhet men da på friere basis enn vanlig. Årets sesong er allerede spekket med aktiviteter, og følger opp spissingen av Kyokushin i Norge. Med sommerleiren friskt i minne er motivasjonen på topp, og årets sesong innehar ny klubb i NKO, turneringer, samlinger med celebert besøk og leire..!
Hungary is very well represented, as is natural for a host country. Since the tournament has focused on a strong international participation, one gets a line up that is very interesting. With Japan, Russia and Kazakhstan as well as the European elite, so you get some World Cup feeling. Although one “missing” some big names, there are plenty of elite fighters who are ready. Fun to see that Alexey Leonov from Kazakhstan makes a come back. See full draw..!
1633 participants speaks for itself, but it is not the only thing that turns heads.There are 74 organizations and 191 competitors from 14 countries will participate in this event!!

We are charging up to swedish open tournament med en video teaser! The tournament are shaping up, and fighters from Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Tunisia, Denmark and of course Sweden. -and more countries are coming up..!
In three weeks will one of the most prestigious tournaments this season will be held. With practitioners from different countries in the top range, the stage is set for a very interesting tournament. The setting can remind what we see in the World Cup, with only the best qualified fighters og each region/country enters.

CHALLENGER TOURNAMENT 2014, The 12th Challenger Tournament in Karate Kyokushin that will take place on 27th of September 2014 in Opole, Poland. The tournamnet will be open for seniors as well as juniors fighters.

This legendary tournament has always had enormous status. Open weight competitions has its own character, and very hard to win. And as everyone knows is the level in Japan very good.
