Saturday 5th of September, it is once again time for the Danish Open. This is no less than a 25-year anniversary for the the traditional full contact tournament. The tournament has been where several top fighters has entered, specially from the northern Europe and the Eastern Europe. And for many, this could be the last stop before the World Tournament i Japan later this year. The tournament offers 4 divisions for men and 3 for women. And it is worth to notice that it will also be held a +40 years category for men – open weight class.

One of the leading nations i Europe, Lithuania, are doing their preparations for the upcoming The 11th World Championship in Japan in October. Moving some of the training outside the country, is one of the elements who will sharpen the athletes further, adopting to the surroundings and isolate the focus will make the fighters stronger. Training camps like this will help the fighters when they leave to Japan for the tournament. This fall several World Championship will be held. One of them The 2nd Kyokushin World Union World Championship, 3-4 October, Russia. The first World Championship was held two years ago in Bulgari. This is a tournament with weight categories,and the competitions will be held in 9 weight categories among men and 5 weight categories among women. Last time the Russian dominance was complete, as expected and its drawn in the same direction this time. (




23 and 24th of May, will the 2nd addition of the Japan Fullcontact Karate Organization JFKO been held. The first edition was a huge success, bringing together some of the best Fullcontact fighters of Japan. This years tournament will not stand back for last years tournament, the number of fighters and the record they have are at the highest level we can find.
