Few training camps can offer such a number of top instructors as the Belgian Spring Camp. This is also the recipe for the success we see at this year’s camp. Shihan Koen Spitaels, Belgian Chief Brand is the man behind the camp – with the help of his Kyokushin friends!

The 25-29. June, the Greek summer camp will be held, and it is the seventeenth year in a row the camp is held. In 2008 Kenji Midori Shihan visited the Greek camp,together with his Sensei Yasukazu Koi and Sempai Syohei Yamano This was not the first time Shihan Midori was attending at the camp, also i 1999, 2000 and 2004. On Saturday 5 and Sunday, July 6th for the 11th time our summer camp held. This time in a weekend. It promises to be an educational, sporting and fun weekend to be. The location this time Sportlandgoed Zwartemeer in Zwartemeer; a large complex with water, lawns and a survival course. Staying in a Canadian log cabin for 4 people.

Kampsamlinger er intet nytt, heller ikke ungdomssamlinger. Men at ungdom selv står for en del av instrueringen, ja det er mer skjelden vare! Men har dette noe for seg? Kan man finne ungdom som har rikelig med erfaring og ikke minst evnen til å lære fra seg?

All som har trenet Kyokushin en stund kjenner til dette med forandringer i Kata delen. Dette har alltid vært en utfordring ift samkjøring, og hva man ønsker å søke. WKO Shinkyokushin har nylig satt agenda for å legge Kata så tett opp til det orginale som mulig. Dette lar seg gjøre i WKO siden man sitter på så mange av den eldre garden Shihans som har levet og studert med Sosai Oyama. Disse har nå møttes, samlet hva de hadde av minner og stoff siden den tiden de bodde og trente med Oyama, og Kata`s har blitt trukket enda tettere til det orginale..
