4th World Open Knockdown IFK – Update
First day of the tournament is over, and there have been good performances. It must also be said that the favorites have mostly fulfilled in relation to expectations. There has been great difference in level, and this has meant that we have had some hard knock outs. Day 2 will give us answer who fighter that is going to enter the podium – and who are ready for day 2?

4th World Open Knockdown IFK – predictions
Finally the day is here for the 4th World Open Knockdown IFK. IFK has worked hard to include as many as possible in the tournament. The foundation and some of the pro active work for this, of course, been British Open, and participation in other open tournaments across the organizations and associations.

Kyokushin Nordic Challenge – med norske øyne
Kyokushin Nordic Challenge er et sted å vokse på for utøvere. Tilbudet er noe man ikke til nå har i Norge, og vil derfor få stor betydning for flere av de norske utøvere som vurderer å konkurere i fullkontakt fremover.

Andre utgave av Kyokushin Nordic Challenge ble avholdt lørdag 2. Mars i Göteborg. Til tross for noen forfall i siste liten slår turneringen seg opp som et kvalitets arrangement – både på og rundt matten.
