This weekend, 26-28 August, the 2nd edition of Camp Banzai was held. The first edition had some of the best Swedish Fighters as instructors. This year Romanian elite instructors was the “main event”, Anca Wallmen, Harris Wallmen and Marius Ilas Sensei’s. The interest to train under these three has been growing in a pace and scale that can only relate to top quality. But there is something more than only the physical experience..

Camp Banzai 2016 – program
With only a few weeks left, the program for this years Banzai Camp in Sweden are ready. The camp will be in the lead of three Romanian Sensei`s at the highest level. Anca Wallmen, Harris Wallmen and Marius Ilas. The camp has reached its capacity regarding to the number of athletes.
NKO Fight camp – Pre Swedish
Helgen 9 – 11. September, arrageres det Fight Camp – Pre Swedish i regi av NKO Shinkyokushin Norge. Denne samlingen føyer seg inn i rekken med samlinger som har vært en del av det nasjonale samarbeid i NKO. Samlingene har rettet seg til de som skal spisses, og konkurrere internasjonalt, med andre ord satser kamp.
Denne ganger blir samlingen også en del av oppkjøringen til de som skal delta i årets Swedish Open, som går i Göteborg 24.September, Lisebergshallen.

Oppstart i Region Øst!
Sommerferien er over, og Region Øst sine klubber står klare for å ta i mot nye og gamle medlemmer. I tillegg til normal drift i Regionens klubber, er det også satt flere datoer som man bør merke seg i form av store eller små aktiviteter regionalt, nasjonalt og internasjonalt. Og for Region Øst sin del er man beriket med enda en klubb – Modum Kyokushinkai Karateklubb!

Now it is time for a holiday, and once again the trip will go to Japan! Due the time in Japan I will also take time off regarding to update this website. This day, 27th of July, founder of Kyokushinkai Karate was born. It is hard, if not impossible to think of how our lives should have been without Kyokushin karate. Maybe not for the most of the practitioners of Kyokushin, but for very many. We will mark this day with a collection of old video clips, and maybe we chose some others than we usually does..

Swedish Open – shaping up!
About two month left to we will be gathered in Sweden, Goteborg! Through this weekend and start of the week, new fighters and nations has entered the Swedish Open tournament..and the categories are being filled fast. Poland, Denmark and Switzerland are new counties that have entered the tournament since last time we took a closer look. Now we continue to look at some of the fighters that are in the line up..
