Each year we get the ranking by Kyokushin results website. This rankings will maybe take a little time to read, but a long time to write and publish. This is some real research and statistics, to make us have a good time reading about this favorite topic. This is not an easy job, thinking of the many many tournaments that Kyokushin fighters attend each year. It have never been so many EC`s as we see today to name one challenge, the level of them a another one… and a third – if a top seeded fighters changes her/his name,will we get it? 😉

Østfold Shinkyokushin Karate!
Klubbleder John Ahmed Skinnes har drevet med kampsport både som aktiv utøver og for mosjonen sin del i til sammen 10 år. Med base fra tradisjonell Shotokan Karate ligger den tekniske forståelsen godt fundamentert hos han, og gjennom de siste år med Shinkyokushin trening kommer også den fysiske og mentale tøffheten frem!

Russian Top Level – Videos!
All Russia Championship in Weight Categories was held i December 2016. The level of the Russian fighters, their level is very good,and in Europe it is very interesting to follow – since they do not have them in the EC. And not least now that we are up to this summer’s World Championships in weight classes. And many thinks that Russia will enter with some of the favorites..
Geilo høyfjells-Kyokushin!
For å få en kickstart på sessongen fant man ut en ny måte for Øst/Vest og møtes for utveksling. Med Bergen som hovedaktør fra Vest og Ringerike fra Øst var basen lagt. Danish Winter Camp 2017
The Danish Winter Camp – LAST CALL Monday 16th January. The Danish Camp are well known for high quality and strong spirit! It is also commend that the Danish Camp can offer some really good instructors, some names from earlier camp Lukas Kubillius, Kunihiro Suzuki and Szepesi Csenge..
