The seminar is open to the public and is intended to bring Karatekas from 8 years on wards together from different organizations and motivate each other.

22.April var det igjen klart for Kyokushin Open i Bergen, og region Øst var noen av dem so stilte til start! Horten, Modum og Ringerike (med Oslo avd) var påmeldt, i denne turneringen som har årlange tradisjoner.
This weekend the Swedish national was held, and this time a little changes according to the rules was one of the highlights. Recently we saw a very strong Swedish team at the European Championship in Denmark, and many of the fighters was ready to fight about the national crown. Fighters as Jimmie Collin, Simon Pålsson Fredrik Johansson, Erik and Sara Hägge, Ziyafatalla Samizade Milad, Cecilia Wallin and Dina Kljajic, all ready for the national, all fought in the European Championship. This gives us a little direction about the level Sweden got, and would they take the national tournament as any believed?
The summer are getting closer, and as we all know the Summer-camp`s are our main events. The WKO Japan support Europe with several top Japanese instructors and profiles, and this year it might be even more than we have seen before! Some instructors travels from camp to camp through European countries.
13th and 14th of May, The 4th All Japan Open weight Categories 2017 JFKO will be held. Gathering the best fighters in Japan to fight for the tittle in the 4th edition of the event. Multiply styles of full contact Karate are represented, an the level increases for every year. Solid divisions, and the men lightweight got 114 fighters in the line up..

It was as always great excitement at the forefront of women’s Categories, and perhaps directed that one could sense a change in the ranks. Ahead of this European Championship it was talked about that several of the profiles should not attend to injuries and various other reasons, priorities. If one thought that this would set back European Championships? One can safely say that the new profiles appear, in the absence of the known..
European Championship in Denmark 2017 are now history, impressions and memories will make us remember and steer our direction. The Danish organizer made a strong impression with well timed and enjoyable event! The level on the Tatemi was very hard and even, and it is no doubt that the level in total has increased.
