The German Wintercamp do really have a solid history. It might not be the camp that is heavy promoted, or hyped up – but if yo know the history, you know the top instructors, and how far back the tradition goes. Official website – or download invitation PDF ⇓
We did some digging in our archive, and got some old poster to share with you. We miss the two first (2005/06) but 2007 we got.
The list of high profile names who has been guest instructors in this camp is impressive – but German Kyokushinkai Organization DKO naturally have their own engines that are behind all the organization year after year.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to know about everyone here, but contributions from DKO’s leading figures such as: Wolfgang Pech, Christoph Wortmann and Muzaffer Bacak.
As everyone knows, it is of great importance that as a nation you have contact with other countries around you – and this will be an arena for the breadth of the organization to meet instructors and profiles from other countries.
This years (2026) guest instructor Edgard Sečinski fits well into the ranks of top names who have previously visited this training camp. He has a track record that indicates he is one of the world’s best fighters, and has been a top fighter for many years.
This year (2026) we can see that the camp is announcing its twentieth event. On its tenth anniversary, the profile was Norichika Tsukamoto instructor, and further mentions include Kenji Midori, Valeri Dimitrov, Howard Collins and many more!
