One of the leading nations i Europe, Lithuania, are doing their preparations for the upcoming The 11th World Championship in Japan in October. Moving some of the training outside the country, is one of the elements who will sharpen the athletes further, adopting to the surroundings and isolate the focus will make the fighters stronger. Training camps like this will help the fighters when they leave to Japan for the tournament. The Lithuanian team trains several times a day, starting with running in the morning, training in the mountain in the mid day,and work out in the gym in the evening. Training in the Swiss mountains and in France make the team building a natural part of it, besides personally focus and further development.

The Lithuanian team will be one of the biggest team in the World Championship, and regarding to previous results, the Lithuanian fighters do have a great deal of pressure on their shoulders. The team consists of younger athletes and athletes with more experience, and several of the fighters have been in the World Championship before.
According to tv3.it Andrius Draugelis Eventas Gužauskas, Edgard Sečinski, Vytautas Cepla, Kestutis Radvila, Gudauskas Valdemaras, Juras Sokolovas and Lukas Kubilius (who was not at the training camp in the mountains) are ready for the Word Championship, and Antanas Klibavicius and Justinas Kvietka are reserves and can might get in to the tournament.On the women team Gudeliauskų Gabija, Rūta Brazdžionytė, Rita Pivoriunaite, Inga Mikstaite, Nora Vaznelis, Diana Balsytė and Diana Mačiūtė (who not attended to the camp) Leading the Lithuanian team training for the World Championship national coach Paulius Klapatauskas.
Reading the names of the fighters, we easily understand the high level of the team. Several of the fighters have been on the podium in major tournaments, and this means World Cup and European Championships.
