Date and place: 29 september 2013, TBILISI, GEORGIA Event location: Sport Complex – “ARENA” (#2 University str., 0186 TBILISI, GEORGIA)
Organizer: – Georgian National Federation of Shinkyokushinkai Karate (GNFSK); – Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia. Main Referee: Shihan – Avtandil Shengelia. Branch Chief/Country Rep. and President of GNFSK
Tournament’s goals:
– Collecting experience;
– Deepening friendship between fighters of participants;
– Promoting Shinkyokushin and Full contact Karate in Georgia and Caucasus Region;
– Development of international relations;
– “KARATE FOR THE OLYMPIC GAMES”.
Conditions of participation:
– Registration within the given deadline (29.08.2013);
– Written medical certificate (not older than 3 month);
– Written certificate of non-pregnant for all female participants.
Weight category’s and age:
Age for competitors must be inclusive 18 years and older (ADULT)
Man:Lightweight – inclusive 70kg.; Middleweight – more than 70kg. and inclusive 80kg.; Heavyweight – more than +80kg.
Women: Lightweight – inclusive 60kg.; Heavyweight – more than +60kg. Fight duration: 3 min.; 2 min.; Weighting; 2min. (Final extension) 1/2Final and Final Fights: 3min.; 2 min.; 2min.; Weighting; 2min. (Final extension)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The travel costs are covered by the sending organization.
GNFSK-will covered all the costs for all invited teams for the following members: Branch Chief/Country Rep. or President of Federation (1); Coach/Team Leader (1); Referee/Judge (1); One Fighter in each weight category – 3 man and 2 women. In total 8 person.
GNFSK-ensures and covers following costs: Accommodation for invited delegation, Meal, Transportation for Tbilisi international airport to the hotel and back; transportation from hotel to sport complex “Arena” and back; service in sport complex “ARENA”; medical service; rewarding the champions and prize-winners with the Caucasus Cup special statues, cups, medals and diplomas, special prizes; Press-conference;
Meeting with the head of delegation in the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs; Official diner; Sayonara party. NO FEE REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION.
Official schedule: 27.09-28.09 Arrival day; 28.09-Medical and Weight control; Referee meeting. 29.09-Tournament Day. 30.09-Departure day
